To clean your parts we recommend simply wash using warm soapy water with a soft cloth or brush. Ensure all parts are properly dry before using your pump so no liquid can enter the motors.
It’s very important to make sure you remove the motor before emptying out your milk from the collection cups.
Breast pumps are in contact with breast milk only which is sterile, we only recommend sterilising if baby has health complications or is premature.
Many dishwashers will operate at over 100° which can be harmful to your parts. This may cause them to warp or deteriorate and require replacing faster.
We recommend if you are to sterilise then make sure not to go over 100° for no longer than 5 minutes. Recommend methods of sterilising can be bench-top or boiling method.
Do not use a microwave steriliser, this can melt and warp your parts.
We don’t offer replacements if proper care hasn’t been taken.
BabyReu offers 1 year mechanical warranty.
Once you have discussed the fault with us we may request additional photos and videos to support your claim. If you cannot provide these then your warranty cannot be processed any further strictly.
Once warranty has been approved we will then process a replacement shipped directly to you please allow a processing time up to 2-7 business days. Thankyou for the patience.
